Remuneration - We offer a market leading commission scheme.

Recruitment Consultants: You will be paid 25% of all billings as your total compensation (Bill £200k / you’re paid £50k - E.G only 7 US placements per annum)
Senior Recruitment Consultants, You will be paid 33% of billings as your total compensation (Bill £300k / you’re paid £100k - E.G 10 US placements per year)
Principal Recruitment Consultants and above, we offer 40% of billings as your total compensation (Bill £400k / you’re paid £160k)

One to one training with Top Biller's, and a world class Business development team. Your training will be quality focussed, and expose you to the largest recruitment market in the world - the US. The average placement in the US is £30,000, 2.5X the average UK fee size, with even more volume.

Your professional and personal goals will be discussed within your first Monthly Business Review. These will be broken down into steps, which will be trackable so you can see your improvements in real time.
